But you should be able to determine that information anyway. For example, if you look up 62.49.xxx.xxx @ ARIN, the ARIN db will tell you to look at RIPE. Look it up at RIPE, and you'll see that the /16 has been allocated to a UK provider. Works the same way with APNIC.
