1- Is there currently a policy that outlines a process to follow for
denial of service attacks from address space designated by:

    a) ARIN
    b) other RIR
    c) pre RIR
    d) ISP - Tier 1 service provider




2- Is there currently a policy that outlines what to do with address
space that has pre-existing high traffic volume (UDP packets sent 1 - 5
times per second)

ex.
    a) DNS IP's where customer has relocated their DNS
    b) ISP has gone out of business
