You can also create a /48 prefix with a 16 bit 2002 and a 32 bit IPv4
address.

...there is no charge (i.e. $$) to do it this way...and you can then use
IPv8
or IPv16 addressing in the right-most 64 bits to avoid the IPv6 privacy
problem
which apparently ICANN and ARIN do not care about.
