Jim, all of the 'people in charge' are on the arin-members list, and any member can post to said list. Actually, Jim, everybody who uses the Internet met over sushi last night and decided that anybody will be allowed in except you and Newt Gingrich. I would've voted to allow you in, but I was called out of the room just before the vote to diagnose some problems with the orbital mind control lasers -- we just keep losing signal over Chicago for some reason. ********************************************************* J.D. Things are just getting started and there are lots of minor details that need to be worked on as is usual in any new organization. All of the ISPs going to the ARIN page looking for info on IP addresses will be able to hop over to check out your company. It might also be good to have a summary of the various IP blocks allocated to each person listed on the ARIN site. This will help to show people that the people running ARIN have worked their way up through the system and have acheived certain levels of allocations. This is sort of like "Amway" multi-level-marketing. You could give names like "diamond", "gold", "silver", etc. to the various levels. Next to each person could be an indication of what level they have acheived. A /8 could be the highest for now, but there will be at least two more levels for people that move to IPv8.
