It is my impression that IPv6 is complete, is here, is available
and is the protocol of choice for future NSF funding....as
well as past funding...

It is also my impression that artificial shortages in the IPv4
address space will force companies and ISPs to start using
IPv6. This coupled with the NSF funding will make the transition
happen very quickly.

Is that not the NSF plan ?
