David,

You are not looking at the big picture. That might
be difficult from your point of view. You only control
a few /8s in the IPv4 address space, and clearly
they do not overlap with the allocations for the
cable TV industry.

P.S. You still have not discussed how much money
APNIC is paying for the recent /8 it was allocated.
That would be 1/256 of the entire Internet address
space and a higher percentage when you consider
that all /8s are not usable. Maybe you could show
us some math in tems of dollars and cents. BTW,
just how many /8s do you now have ?
