RIPE, High Fees and Cronyism

 Ack...my only excuse is that it was 4 am and I'd been on a 12 hour
shift...I zigged when I shoulda zagged.
 Anyway, even at the correct rates, RIPE is still cheaper. $4200
as opposed to $5k.
