Can you define the community ?

How can you claim the resources are scarce when ISPs
have a tiny fraction of the IPv4 space ?

As an ISP, can you explain how you obtained your resources ?
	or, are "your" resources, "our" resources...?

Do all ISPs have the resources you have ?
