level of confidentiality can be maintained...?

1. I do not think that confidentiality is maintained.

2. There is no need to discuss "levels" of confidentiality.

3. As for chances, I assume you imply luck is involved.

Given #1, #2, and #3 the answer is 0% chance.

My comment above was meant to indicate that I
think that there is a 100% chance chance that
standard business practices and standard business
confidentiality levels will be maintained IF standard
business evolution is allowed and not these socialistic,
one-party system, solutions, that place all of the power
in a few people's hands.
