[ppml] Policy Proposal: IPv6 Policy Housekeeping - AC postponed decision

On 23 August 2007, the ARIN Advisory Council (AC) postponed their
decision regarding "IPv6 Policy Housekeeping" in order to work with
the author on possible revisions. The AC will make their decision to
accept or not accept the proposal as a formal policy proposal at a
special AC meeting on 30 August 2007.
