[ICP2_review] Redline/deltas/diffs for version 2 of the RIR Governance Document

Hi, everyone -

As requested, we've prepared a redline/deltas/diffs document showing the precise textual changes that were made between version 1 of the RIR Governance Document (published on or about 14 April 2025) and version 2 of the document (published on or about 28 August 2025). It can be found here: https://www.nro.net/wp-content/uploads/RIR-Governance-Document-v2-deltas.pdf.

Deleted text is displayed in red strikethrough formatting, and added text is displayed in blue underlined formatting.

We also aim to publish a separate document shortly that summarizes and provides rationales for the major differences between the two versions.
