Definition: 

'Involuntary servitude or Involuntary slavery is a United States legal and constitutional term for a person laboring against that person's will to benefit another, under some form of coercion other than the worker's financial needs. While laboring to benefit another occurs also in the condition of slavery, involuntary servitude does not necessarily connote the complete lack of freedom experienced in chattel slavery; involuntary servitude may also refer to other forms of unfree labor. Involuntary servitude is not dependent upon compensation or its amount.

The Thirteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution makes involuntary servitude illegal under any U.S. jurisdiction whether at the hands of the U.S. government or in the private sphere, except as punishment for a crime: "Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction."

The Supreme Court has held, in Butler v. Perry, 240 U.S. 328 (1916), that the Thirteenth Amendment does not prohibit "enforcement of those duties which individuals owe to the state, such as services in the army, militia, on the jury, etc." Onerous long term alimony and spousal support orders, premised on a proprietary interest retained by former marital partners in one another's persons, have also been allowed in many states, though they may in practice embody features of involuntary servitude.[1]

Therefore:

Since the 13th Amendment makes involuntary servitude illegal, and Apple employees would be creating computer code against their will to benefit another under a form of coercion other than the engineer's financial needs, therefore that is a crime and an illegal request by the DOJ. This evidence proves beyond any doubt that elements of the US Government are motivated in an ongoing process of committing a brazzen and shameful crime, attempting to enslave American citizens. Worse, a few participants to that crime are illegally attempting to set a precedent that involuntary servitude is again legal, over-riding the 13th amendement. 

It is no coincidence that as soon as this American society succumbed in 2015 to being emotionally tricked by its oligarchy into unnecessary historical forgetfulness in regards to removing public symbols of the American Revolutionary War and particularly in this Apple instance, the American Civil War, that the public deletion of American historical symbols has predictably led to American authorities trying to reinstate unfair labor conditions. If this entire Apple situation had occurred during the Cold War, the DOJ/FBI would have been accused of practicing communism within 5 minutes. 

Oligarchies like the one in the United States use manufactured hysteria like the hysteria in 2015 to get the citizenry to demand that the government act to destroy liberty as protected by history, history which was acting as a symbolic deterrant against the repeat of the unfair inhumane conditions of slavery. Public remembrances of the Civil War, including symbols which were not causing any crimes, are now deleted from public view and the tragic history of American slavery is then more easily forgotten. The American oligarchy is now taking advantage of the vacuum of ignorance created by the oligarchy's own media trick to get the public to request deletion and forgetfulness of that history, under the guise that certain symbols, not the authorities themselves, were responsible for the racial tension of 2013-2015 in America. 

As soon as the symbols were deleted from public view all racial tension in America would go away, but that raw emotional energy was then channeled by the oligarch owned media through the emotions generated by the tragic events in Paris and San Bernardino, and now channeled onto Apple in a ploy to get the public to demand a reinstatement of involuntary servitude as acceptable in America. Look at the recent polls taken by the oligarchy in regards to Apple, all polls show the American people siding against Apple, so the government ploy could work just like their ploy of the Iraq war worked. What will the next ploy of this American clown oligarchy be? 

Tim Cook says he believes that James Comey's intentions are good, and Tim has to say that publicly I suppose or risk being called a conspiracy theorist, but anyone who has been paying attention to the treachery of how this government relies on generating crisises with its puppet media and puppet politicians should know better by now.
