ARIN would like to congratulate the Consolidated RIR IANA Stewardship
Proposal (CRISP) Team on the completion of Internet numbers community’s
response to the Request for Proposals issued by the IANA Stewardship
Coordination Group (ICG). The high level of collaboration in its
development reflects quite positively on the Internet numbers community,
and it was an impressive level of effort by the team.
The full text of the NRO announcement on behalf of the CRISP Team can be
found below. It includes links to the completed proposal, as well as
links to reference and archival material on the proposal’s development.
Over the coming months, the ICG will work to consolidate proposals
received from the three affected communities (numbers, names and
protocol parameters), with the goal of producing a single proposal on
IANA stewardship for the National Telecommunications and Information
Administration (NTIA) by the June 2015. Feedback from the global
community will be an important element of this process, and regular
updates will be posted to the ARIN IANA Transition mailing list.

open, bottom up and inclusive manner, with equal representation
from each RIR region.

Clarified the RIRs are expected to consult the RIR
communities during the drafting process
The contract fee
Clarified the contract fee is based on costs incurred by the IANA

All editorial suggestions from community members where consensus was
confirmed within the CRISP Team to address, and any other changes of
