Hello Team,

First, I would like to thank *John* for the kind introduction. I am
grateful for the opportunity to stand as a candidate for the ARIN Advisory
Council.

By way of background, my name is *Mohibul Mahmud*, and I have built my
career in cloud engineering and networking, with a strong focus on Internet
infrastructure, policy, and community engagement. Over the years, I’ve had
the privilege to work on large-scale systems, collaborating across
technical and policy communities to ensure that Internet number resources
are managed in a fair, secure, and transparent way.

I believe this experience has given me both the *technical expertise* and
the *community perspective* needed to contribute effectively as a member of
the Advisory Council. My goal is to support ARIN’s mission by strengthening
collaboration, improving policy clarity, and ensuring that diverse voices
across our region are heard in the decision-making process.

I am excited about the chance to give back to the ARIN community, and I
look forward to working with all of you in shaping policies that help keep
the Internet stable, secure, and open for everyone.

Thank you.

Mohibul
