Thanks for pointing this out. It turns out that the referral records
for RIPE, APNIC and LACNIC were all inadvertantly removed on Feb 28.
They have been readded and should begin appearing in ARIN's Whois
again within 24 hours.
I apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.
