Ok, so can Reassign-Simple be used to Modify/Delete an 'allocation', or do
we have to use Net-Mod?

Yes. In the current SWIP template the '(A)allocate (S)assign:' field has
cause problems, mostly because assign and allocate both begin with 'A'.
For clarity, we have created separate templates.
