SWIP or RWHOIS?

Hello Richard,

At the moment, i'm developing a web interfaz to update CIDR blocks of my
company. The first stage is ready, (it consists of keeping the data in a
DB). Now i must decide how report to ARIN, Email templates or Rwhois.

Could you say me, what method is most appropriate to continue.
