I think we formed consensus in San Francisco - RWHOIS is a legitimate
method of demonstrating customer reassignments which should be supported
by ARIN Engineering for the community.

Until the day comes when ARIN's database is redesigned *and* available for
everyone to use, RWHOIS is much preferable than SWIP for many
organizations.
