phone types

Ginny,  can the system accept pull down options?  This would help in
providing consistence in what is placed within these fields.

eg:  pager number
     extension number
     cell/mobile number
     etc...

Pager number is one option,  but I would strongly recommend a company's
1-800 NOC number
which would have that person's pager number. This would limited the pager
abuse on
non critical issues. I guess it would depend on the size of the POC in
determining if
an 1-800 number could be used.
