Member Services will work closely with the CLEW (leading the way where appropriate) and start tackling the documents on the list below in order of your indicated priority. Some of the items, such as a glossary, are already well on their way. Also, I'm currently working on our newsletter and request CLEW members to offer ideas, provide input, write articles, and otherwise help to make it an informative (and interesting!) organ for ARIN's members and industry professionals.
