Hello Sean,

To become authoritative for a POC handle, your ARIN Online account needs to be linked to it. Today, when you create a POC RESTfully, you are not automagically linked to it. So you would have to login to your ARIN Online account, click on POC RECORDS, and use
the "link" function to become authoritative for ZHAOS2-ARIN. The good news is later this month, we'll be adding the <makeLink> function which will take care of that at the time of POC creation. We hope this new function will be very useful for you!

Regards,

David

Hi, David,

Thanks for your response. I have more question regarding this issue. How do you know if I am the POC/OrgID or not? For example, I created a POC. The handle is ZHAOS2-ARIN. It is my name, my phone number. When I was trying
to delete it, it still has the “authorized” issue. Obviously, somehow in Arin’ DB, I am not me. Why is that?
