[arin-tech-discuss] General question about IPs and filter lists

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has info on IP databases that list IP blocks as being ISP/Hosting/Business based on ARIN allocations. It would seem that some of our IPs are being blocked from places like amazon, reddit and Disney+ but am unable to locate the source that feeds these. It also seems that it gets classified based on ASN and IP blocks rather than just the IP blocks themselves.

Any insight into this would greatly be appreciated.
