[arin-tech-discuss] RDAP CIDR netblock children query

I'm trying to find all the SWIP'd IP space in a netblock to make our
netflow records more accurate.

If I run an RWS query such as

http://whois.arin.net/rest/cidr/199.8.0.0/16/more

I will get a list of all the netblocks under the /16 that have been
SWIP'd to the downstream users.

Is there a query I can run like that using RDAP?
