[arin-tech-discuss] September OT&E schedule change

Howdy folks,

ARIN Engineering needs to reschedule the regular database refresh of our
OT&E environment.  The new date will be Monday, September 9th.  In
addition to the database refresh, there will also be a roll-out of new
code for ARIN Online in the OT&E environment.

Additional notification will be sent out when we begin and complete the
updates.  If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate
to reach out.
