Hello,

some questions that the RegRWS docs don't fully answer:

(1) Which timezone are the timestamps served with (I assume EST)? Are
there any exceptions?

(2) On
https://www.arin.net/resources/restfulmethods.html#ticketgetmessage it
says in the text a Message payload is returned, in the Definition box it
says it's a Ticket payload ...
