Hi Andrew

You need to create a ARIN Online account and have it linked to a org that has resources within production. At the first Monday of every month, a copy of our production database is copied within the OT&E environment. At that point, can use your ARIN Online credentials to login to OT&E, request access to RPKI (if it is not done in production already), and generate roas within OT&E after access has been granted.
