[arin-tech-discuss] OT&E December 2015 Monthly Scheduled Maintenance: Moved 12/8/2015

ARIN-TECH-DISCUSS,

The normal monthly maintenance was delayed today and will instead progress tomorrow 12/8/2015.
This upgrade will have a slight increase in downtime as it also includes the ARIN Online software upgrade.
