Hello, I wanted to ask what ARIN does when it receives complaints and evidence that a published abuse contact in the ARIN WHOIS db isn't functionioning (ie. when Abuse Reports sent to that contact all bounce)? Which steps, if any, does ARIN take in such cases? Regards, U.Mutlu
