[arin-tech-discuss] API Changes to Reg-RWS in OT&E Environment

Hi

ARIN's OT&E environment has been updated with new code on Tuesday, March
13. We anticipate that this code will be rolled out in production on March
24.  This code has introduced additional functionality and the marked-up
version of the payloads and method documents are attached.

If you have an account in ARIN's OT&E Environment, you are welcome to
start exercising the new API.
