[arin-tech-discuss] ARIN Error Code 401 meaning?

Hello Aaron,

401 means the API key specified isn't authoritative to take the requested
action. I think we would see this most often if either:

- the API is typo'd; or
- the API key was generated by an ARIN Online account that is not linked
to authoritative POC.
