[arin-tech-discuss] I got an error when I am trying to get a poc info

David, Ron and I have more question regarding this. So if I have Arin's API-Key which is assigned to QWEST, I can link this API-key to the any POC I create. So I am an authority of this POC. I can modify and delete this POC. Am I correct?

Thanks,
