[arin-tech-discuss] 403 Errors when trying to create a customer

Can you set accept to */*?

I know I had problems with this, though looking back at my emails I was 
getting a 404 response when I had the wrong content type.

Also is it possible you haven't registered for the beta program? When I 
try to access the rest-beta site from a non authorized IP I get back a 403.

If it's not that then we'll have to wait for someone from Arin to respond :)
