Section 11 of the NRPM permits allocations for recognized
experimental activity. ARIN should prominently publish both the
allocation and the supporting documentation for the experiment on
the ARIN website. ARIN should also notify their relevant mailing
lists and other technical mailing lists, such as nanog.<br>
