Make the historical, archived vintages of the bulk WHOIS database 
available for download for authorized users. For example, the users can 
specify the vintage dates they are interested in, and then download the 
bulk WHOIS database for those specific dates. The current system offers 
only the current WHOIS bulk data. Thank you -
