Modify the policy development portion of the mission statement to add 
the words "needs based" as follows: [From] "coordinates the development 
of policies by the community for the management of Internet Protocol 
number resources;" [To] "coordinates the development of needs based 
policies by the community for the management of Internet Protocol number 
resources;" Timeframe Immediate

Thanks for submitting your suggestion, numbered 2013.6 upon confirmed 
receipt, to add "needs based" in ARIN's mission statement. Given that 
changes to ARIN's mission statement require Board review and approval, 
staff will review the suggestion with the ARIN Board during their next 
scheduled teleconference likely in May but possibly in June 2013.
