ARIN has issued its initial response to ACSP Suggestion 2012.10. The 
suggestion and response text are provided below. This suggestion is now

Suggestion: *

ARIN should, in addition to the current forms, publish the NRPM in plain 
text.

There is a long history of plain text publication on the internet and 
all RFCs are still published in plain text.

This format facilitates use of a number of available tools for comparing 
revisions and proposed policies against existing text which cannot be 
used so easily with HTML or PDF versions.

We have acted upon your suggestion to publish the current version of 
NRPM in plain text. You will find it available in the right hand 
navigation of the ARIN web page: https://www.arin.net/policy/nrpm.html 
Note that we will retain links to prior text versions in the change log, 
adding it to the column where we provide the link to the prior pdf version.

Suggestion 2012.10 is now closed.
