[ARIN-Suggestions] Response to Suggestion 2011.34

ARIN has issued its initial response to ACSP Suggestion 2011.34, to 
ammend the IPv6 fee structure. The response had been added to the 
suggestion log and is available at:

This suggestion remains open and will be forwarded to ARIN's Financial 
Committee for consideration.
