[ARIN-Suggestions] Response to Suggestion 2011.25

Today ARIN issued its initial response to ACSP Suggestion 2011.25. The 
response had been added to the suggestion log and is available at:

This suggestion remains open.  ARIN will keep this suggestion on our 
road map for future implementation evaluation possibly leveraging ARIN 
Online to facilitate meeting registration.
