Lowering the requirement to a /24 appears to better reflect the reality that smaller operators can still have a real and valid connection to the ARIN region.</p><p class="ydpc0761ec1yiv1003505483gmail-isSelectedEnd">At the same time, I think the community should carefully consider safeguards against abuse.
