our Public Policy Meeting in October and completion of the Staff and Legal review.</span></p>

was in agreement that this policy will bring the NRPM (specifically 4.10) into alignment with how ARIN staff are already interpreting the policy.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; margin: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">The staff and legal review, completed November 12, reaffirms this intention: “This policy
does not alter existing review practices; it formally documents the longstanding approach ARIN staff has used and will continue to apply.”</span></p>

My question to the ppml: is the language of the policy sufficient and do you agree that this policy should be moved to recommended draft status? Policy statement below for reference:</span></p>
