At explained to you on several occasions (including in-person at WISPA), ARIN conducts a business entity search within your state’s registry and that returns corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorships, DBA names, etc. Secretary of State business entity
registries provide public-facing, authoritative records confirming that an organization exists as a legal entity which can be verified for every state in a clear, consistent, and neutral manner.
