No. No no. That's what the AC did BEFORE the board created the PDP.<br>
Now they're charged with writing the policies. Sometimes starting with<br>
community input. Sometimes starting with their own ideas. But<br>
emphatically WITHOUT the hands-off approach of merely administering<br>
the process while the community writ large crafts the words.<br>
