<p class="MsoNormal">I don’t think policy clarification I needed. If the network is otherwise MDN, then it should qualify as MDN for 4.10. If it is not, then it should not. Sounds like staff is already adhering to this, so I don’t see a problem.<o:p></o:p></p>
