<div dir="ltr">Per NRPM 4.1.8: "...Address space distributed from the waitlist will not be eligible for transfer, with the exception of Section 8.2 transfers, for a period of 60 months..."<div><br></div><div>Despite this policy not explicitly covering leasing the space, I think the same sentiment applies: One joins the waiting list to procure IPv4 Addresses to facilitate the generation of revenue (or advance a non-profit mission) not to generate revenue off of the number resources themselves.</div><div><br></div><div>I have to agree that a policy to modify the verbiage of 4.1.8 to prohibit leasing out the space for at least that same cooldown period would be beneficial.
