It relates specifically to Sections 2.12 and 2.14. The focus of this proposal is to eliminate the capitalization of certain words that are not defined in the NRPM and ensure that the intended meaning of the text is clear</p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Policy statement:</p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>In Section 2.12, change the text “Information” to “information”, and in Section 2.14, change the text “shall mean” to “means”, and change the text “Points of Presence (POPs), Datacenters, Central or Local” to “points of presence (POPs), datacenters, central or local”.</p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Comments: </p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The fee schedule is not in effect until Jan 1, 2022.
