Are there any specific restrictions that pertain to NRPM 8.3 transfers that involve only ASNs, or is it safe to assume that by IPv4 number resources it means any number resources distributed by ARIN (including IPv4, IPv6 and ASN)? least 50% of the requested block size will be used within the next 24 months. There is no notarization required and it serves to state and confirm that yes, that is our plan for the next 24 months and the information and documentation provided is accurate.
This is only asked for in conjunction with a specified transfer recipient.<u></u><u></u></span></p>
