I just want to mention that I am very much aware of the article. Thus, I understand well the position of ARIN on this issue. There is no question on ARIN's support for AFRINIC and I do appreciate the concept of mutual support that the RIRs are upholding. However,
your statements on Mr Lu could be easily misinterpreted by people who have not understood well how CI is able to provide trusted service to millions of end-users. It seems unnecessary to put him and his business in such a bad light, knowing that you clearly
mentioned as well that the community must not make judgements/assumptions as we are waiting for the court's decision.<br class="">

And while you claim that you are trying to protect the global internet, you seem to be in total denial of the fact that Cloud Innovation also serves millions of users, and that AfriNIC has tried to stop the internet connectivity for those millions of users
with complete disregard of the internet stability. <br class="">

In the same text, you have claimed that Cloud Innovation uses IP addresses outside of the ARIN region and have continued in the next paragraph that Cloud Innovation is using IP addresses in the US (i.e. ARIN region). John, I think you have failed your character
assassination attempt in this case with your inconsistent statements and misleading words, and maybe you should recognize that and move on before you lose more credibility.<br class="">
