After digesting the Staff & Legal Review (<br>
<a href="https://www.arin.net/participate/policy/drafts/2019_12/#slr" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">https://www.arin.net/participate/policy/drafts/2019_12/#slr</a> ),<br>
an issue was raised at the last AC meeting regarding the clarity <br>
of the proposal. The specific concern is that while the policy <br>
speaks to the surviving entity's ability to hold number resources, <br>
and the existing staff action is to allow such entities to retain <br>
resources, the lack of stipulation that new resources cannot be <br>
obtained introduces ambiguity.<br>
<br>
So would the parties interested in ARIN-2019-12 please indicate<br>
if they feel if the policy is:<br>
- clear as-is and doesn't need adjustment<br>
- in need of clarification in this regrd<br>
- in need of clarification in this and additional regards<br>
