be allowed to keep 100% of the this OTHER stuff he has amassed, yes?<br>

Don't get me wrong. I am breaking out the champagne over ARIN's victory<br>
here, but it is somewhat of a pyrrhic one if this shchmuck is still going<br>
to be allowed to operate on the Internet, from ANRI-issued space, alongside<br>
respectable people and companies.<br>

I've already made plain that I am in support of the proposal from Carlos<br>
and Jordi to add a rule to allow for the explusion, from ARIN, of red-<br>
handed hijackers.<br>
<br>
I'd now like to propose that that proposal be amended and expanded to<br>
include a provision allowing ARIN to expel from the organization any<br>
member who, as in this case, is found at fault in either a court case<br>
or an abitration proceeding involving ARIN.<br>
<br>
It shouldn't require a bloody act of congress just to get rid of jerks<br>
like this.<br>
