The currency of the highest current value is the personal and financial data of
people – ask the owner of Facebook? And ask how we got 500 billion spam and
scam a day... You exclude the discussion of ethics in your ARIN-prop-264 and
want to discuss BGP hijacking?! Wrong place.</p>

untrustworthy". They know they are not "some", it's the
majority.</p>

are determined by the AC to be out of scope (e.g. for not addressing a clearly
defined existing or expected problem, or that propose solutions involving other
than number resource policy in the region) are rejected."</p>
